About Lord Leycester Hospital:

The Lord Leycester Hospital, located in Warwick, England, is a historic group of medieval timber-framed buildings dating back to the 14th century. Originally founded as a guild for Warwick's prominent citizens, it was later transformed in 1571 by Robert Dudley, Earl of Leicester, into a charitable home for retired soldiers.

The hospital, named after Dudley's title, has continuously provided housing for ex-servicemen, known as the Brethren. Visitors can explore the ancient courtyard, chapel, and great hall, experiencing the history and heritage of the site. Today, it remains both a living community and a museum, preserving its unique legacy.
